We will use strict procedures and security features in relation to your data once we have received your personal information. Whilst we will always do our best to protect your Personal Information, we can’t guarantee the security of your data transmitted to the site and any transmission is at your own risk.  We do not collect any of the following information from our customers; information relating to health conditions, personal beliefs (religious/philosophical) political opinions, union memberships, sexuality, racial or ethnic origin.

Objecting to Direct Marketing

You will always be able to withdraw your consent if we rely on this. However, please note that we may have other legal grounds for processing your data, such as for the purposes outlined above. You have a right to opt-out of direct marketing at any time.

Your Rights

You have a right to access information we hold about you personally, if you are a European resident. As a European resident, you can also ask that your personal information be updated or corrected or deleted if you wish. Please contact us via the contact details if this applies to you and you wish to update, correct or delete any of the personal information we hold about you. Please kindly note that if you are a European resident, your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States and we will process your information in order to complete contacts that we will have with you, in relation to orders through the site or otherwise to investigate into our legitimate business interests as outlined in this information.

Data Retention

If you place an order through our site, we will store your order information for our records, unless and only if you ask us, this information can then be deleted.

Changes

Over time, we may update or change this privacy policy, in parts or in full, in line with changes made in our business or for legal, regulatory or operational reasons.
