Our Six Step Process - Winning Together
In order to ensure absolute quality, we have developed our unique six step process for creating exceptional bids and grant funding applications. Our six step process has been designed to offer the best possible service so you can enjoy the journey of making your vision a reality.
Stage 1 - The Brief
You are now onboard, we have reviewed all key documents and put an action plan together. At this meeting, we will provide a high level overview of how we intend to run the bid or grant funding application, identify what input and resources we need from you and agree timescales.
Stage 2 - Scope
The scope or storyboarding stage is where we hold a second, more focussed discovery session to discuss how you intend to deliver the contract requirements or the project criteria. In essence, we will work together to identify the buyers problem and a develop a winning solution to solve that problem.
Stage 3 - Plan
This stage involves drilling down into the detail and interviewing your subject matter experts to build the platform for the technical responses, defining your credentials, gathering evidence and identifying key win themes.
Stage 4 - Delivery
This is where it starts to get exciting. We now start to craft a focused and tailored response designed to create compelling and engaging narratives.
Stage 5 - Control
This stage will run concurrently across the full 6 step process to ensure we are in complete control of the bid or funding application process. In addition, we will host a mid-stage review and a final review before submission to capture all your feedback.
Stage 6 - Feedback
Evaluation feedback is key. Continual learning leads to improvement and excellence. Once the submission documents have been evaluated and a decision made, we will review performance, scoring and key learnings, win or lose.
